摘  要:目的:研究用自体骨膜包裹肌腱复合人重组骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)植入物替代月骨治疗Kienbock's病的可行性。方法:选新西兰白兔45只,按每组15只随机分为骨膜组、rhBMP-2复合体组和对照组。将3种植入物分别植入兔膝关节腔内,术后1,3,6,12和16周时取材,组织学观察骨形成并测量骨密度值(BMD)。结果:rHBMP-2组骨和软骨形成比骨膜组明显;对照组呈玻璃样变性,无骨形成。标本BMD值经统计学分析,骨膜组、rhBMP-2组和对照组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:在骨膜和rhBMP-2诱导因子作用下rhBMP-2复合体组骨形成较强,在较短时间内形成大量骨和软骨,可用作月骨替代物。AIM:To study the feasibility of autologous periosteum wrapping tendon combined with rhBMP 2 as substitute for the lunate in treatment of Kienbock's disease. METHODS:Forty five healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: periosteum group, rhBMP 2 composite group and control group,with 15 in each.The three sorts of implants were placed into articular cavity of the knee respectively. The bone formation was examined and bone mineral density (BMD) was measured 1,3,6,12 and 16 weeks after operation. RESULTS:The formation of cartilage and bon forming in rhBMP 2 composite group was more obvious that in periosteum group, and hyaline degeneration with no bone formation in control group. There were significant differences among periosteum group, rhBMP 2 composite group and control group by statistical analysis(P< 0.01) CONCLUSION:Under the induction of periosteum and rhBMP 2 factors, rhBMP 2 composite group is of stronger bone forming effects and can produce a mass of cartilages and bones soon. It can be used as the substitute for the lunate.
