摘　　要：目的　探讨钾通道开放剂烟酰胺对冠心病患者血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)的影响。方法　入选 96例冠心病患者 ,随机分为观察组和对照组各 4 8例。观察组在常规服药的基础上加用烟酰胺静脉滴注 ,共 14d。对照组在常规服药的基础上加用鲁南欣康静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,共 14d。测定 2组冠心病患者治疗前后ET 1变化。结果　观察组治疗后较治疗前血浆ET 1明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,对照组治疗前后自身比较血浆ET 1无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;观察组与对照组比较治疗前后的差值有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　烟酰胺可保护内皮细胞 ,减少ET 1的分泌和释放 ,舒张冠状动脉 ,缓解心绞痛症状。Objective To study the influence of nictinamide on the level of endotheline-1(ET-1) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method Nighty-six CHD patients were divided randomly into two graups,48 patients in every group.In the observed group,nictinamide (per intravenous drip) plus routine therapy were used,and the Lunan Xinkang (per intravenous drip) plus routine therapy were used in the control group,once a day for 14 days.The levels of ET-1 in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,level of serum ET-1 in the observed group were significantly lower ( P <0.001).In the control group,level of serum ET-1 after treatment was not significant different compared with that of before treatment ( P >0.05).There was significantly difference in the differential value in two group before and after treatment ( P <0.001).Conclusion Application of nictinamide will reduce the level of ET-1 and confers some degree therapeutic and preventive value for CHD patients.
