静脉复合麻醉药物对手术病人生理学参数的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察芬太尼、咪哒唑仑、丙泊酚联合用于静脉麻醉诱导和维持过程中对生理指标的影响。方法 :对 60例不同手术病人采用芬太尼、咪哒唑仑、丙泊酚诱导 ,静脉持续输注咪哒唑仑、丙泊酚 ,间断注射芬太尼与维库溴铵维持静脉复合麻醉 ,持续监测 ECG,BP,心率 ,Sa O2 ,PETCO2 。结果 :血流动力学指标变化不大 ,生理反射平稳 ,无并发症。结论 :全凭静脉复合麻醉适用于各类外科手术的麻醉要求。Objective: To observe the influence of combining fentanyl, midazolam and propofol for induction and maintenance in intravenous anesthesia on physiological indices of surgical patients. Methods:60 patients undergoing various operations were chosen as subjects; general anesthesia was induced with fentanyl, midazolam and propofol, then maintained by combining infusion of these drugs and by intermittent injection of vecuronium and fentanyl. ECG,BP,HR,SaO 2,and P ETCO 2 were monitored during the anesthesia. Results:The hemodynamics were stable. Physiological respouses were stable and no complication was observed. Conclusion:The total intravenous anesthesia are fit for the need of all kinds of surgeries.
