摘  要:目的 通过体外兔骨髓细胞培养 ,探讨L -Arg对BMSC分化作用机制。 方法 将兔BMSC悬液进行体外培养 ,进行形态学观察和组织学检测 ;检测L -Arg前体物质左旋精氨酸 (L -Arginin)及BMSC细胞中环鸟苷酸 (cGMP)含量。结果 L -Arginin可显著增加BMSC的cGMP的含量 ,各组间差异亦显著 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 LObjective To investigate the effects of doner of nitric oxide (L-Arg) on the differentiation and the mechanism of bone marrow stroma cells (BMSC) in rabbit model. Methods Rabbit BMSCs were isolated and cultured in vitro. We examined the product of cGMP in response to L-ARG. Results L-Arg had effects on cGMP production during the 6 days of the experiments. As the concentration of the L-Arg increased the cGMP production of BMSC enhanced. The difference between groups is significant P<0.01. Conclusions L-Arg might form cells by activating soluble guanglate cyclases, with resultant increase in the rates of intracellular production of cGMP.
