祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛及对血浆PAG、GMP-140的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛及对血浆PAG、GMP - 14 0的影响。方法　将 4 0例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服祛瘀消斑胶囊加常规西药治疗 ,对照组应用西药常规治疗 ,疗程 4周。结果　治疗组症状及心电图改善情况 ,总有效率为 95 %、6 0 % ,(对照组总有效率为 75 %、5 0 % )。能降低PAG、GMP - 14 0含量 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule on unstable angina pectoris, plasma PAG and GMP-140.METHOD 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, treated respectively with Quyu Xiaoban Capsule and routine western medicines, for four courses of treatement.RESULT In the treatment group, the symptoms and ECG were improved, with total effective rates of 95% and 60% respectively; in the control group, these figures were 75% and 50 respectively. The capsule could markedly reduce the content of PAG and GMP-140 (P<0.05～0.01). CONCLUSION Quyu Xiaoban Capsule is an effective drug for unstable angina pectoris
