荆芥酯类提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的　观察荆芥酯类提取物的镇痛作用。方法　①扭体法 :小鼠给药 30min后 ,腹腔注射 0 .6 %的醋酸 ,使小鼠剧烈疼痛而产生扭体反应。记录腹腔注射醋酸后 10min内小鼠的扭体反应数 ;②热板法 :将筛选合格的小鼠在给药后 15、30、6 0min置于热板温度为 (5 5± 0 .5 )℃上 ,记录小鼠因热刺激产生疼痛反应的潜伏期。结果　荆芥酯类提取物能明显减少小鼠的扭体反应数 ;在给药后 (热板法 ) 15、30、6 0min均能显著延长小鼠疼痛反应的潜伏期。OBJECTIVE To determinate the analgesic effects of ester extracts of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.METHOD Two kinds of animal pain models were prepared:(1)Torsion response:The Torsionresponse was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% acetic acid.The drastic pain resulted in micetorsion response.the unmber of torsion response was recorded within 10minutes after intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid;(2)Hot plate:The eligible mice(after screening)were put on the hot pate(itstemperature is 55±0.5 ℃)at 15 min,30 min,60 min after last adimnistration one by one.The delitescence of pain response induced by hot stimulation also was recorded.RESULT The ester extracts of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq could obviously reduced the numbers of torsion response and markedly prolonged the latency of pain response at 15 min,30 min,60 min after last administration(hot plate)CONCLUSION The ester extract of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq exerts significant analgesic effectsrapidly.
