摘　　要：目的　评价实时超声显像在男性尿道疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法　应用双平面直肠探头置于直肠内 ,高频线阵探头置于会阴部分别进行超声扫查 ,采用自然排尿或从尿道外口灌注生理盐水充盈尿道进行观察。结果　双平面直肠探头和高频线阵探头联合使用能清晰显示全尿道、尿道周围组织及其病变声像图。本组 5 2例患者中尿道狭窄 36例 ,尿道闭锁 6例 ,尿道结石 5例 ,尿道赘生物 3例 ,尿道憩室 2例 ,均经尿道造影和手术证实 ,超声诊断符合率 96 .15 %(5 0 / 5 2 )。结论　超声显像在男性尿道疾病的诊断。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of real-time ultrasonography in male urethral diseases.Methods A total of 52 patients underwent transrectosonography and high-frequency ultrasound with linear probe,put on the perineum including the dorsal and ventral penis,scrotum and its posterior part,after voiding and retrograding normal saline injection into the urethra.Results All parts of the urethra could be revealed clearly.Diagnosis was indentified correctly with 50 cases of 52(96.15%) confirmed by cystourethrography and operation.Of 52 cases,urethral stricture(36 cases),atresia(6 cases),lithes(5 cases),vegetation(3 cases)and diverticulum(2 cases).Conclusions Real-time ultrasonography possesses significant clinical value in diagnosis,treatment and the assessment of therapeutic effects in male urthral diseases.
