彩色多普勒能量图及其三维能量成像在盆腔静脉曲张症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒能量图 (CDE)及其三维能量成像在盆腔静脉曲张症诊断中的应用。方法　用彩色多普勒能量图观察盆腔静脉曲张症 5 3例 ,并进行三维彩色能量成像观察。结果　所有病例三维能量成像结果均能显示出病变静脉呈迂曲扩张、纵横交错、相互交通的“丛样”立体信息图 ,可获得较为直观、完整的立体血管网图像。结论　彩色多普勒能量图及其三维能量成像较直观、完整地显示盆腔静脉曲张症的曲张静脉之形态特征 。Objective To discuss the clinical application of color Dopplor energy (CDE) and three-dimensional color power angiography (3D-CPA) in the diagnosis of pelvic varicose veins.Methods CDE and 3D-CPA were performed to observe 53 cases of pelvic varicose veins.Results In all cases,3D-CPA showed that the lesioned veins were curved and dilated,crossed vertically and horizontally,and communicated with each other,which displayed cluster-like three-dimensional information inages to provide relatively integrated three-dimensional visualized venous network diagram for doctors.Conclusions CDE and 3D-CPA can directly display the characteristics of the diseased pelvic varicose vein imformations,visually and integratedly for correct diagnosis with confidence.
