影响男性2型糖尿病患者勃起功能的因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨导致男性2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍(ED)的因素。方法:以问卷调查的方法调查了60例2型糖尿病患者国际勃起功能指数(internationalindexoferectilefunction,IIEF)评分,将患者分为勃起功能正常、轻度异常组(IIEF评分≥12)及勃起功能中、重度异常组(IIEF评分<12)。测定两组人群的糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)、性激素及血脂水平。结果:勃起功能中、重度异常组年龄犤(58.94±9.82)岁犦及病程〖(9.61±6.64)年〗显著高于勃起功能正常、轻度异常组〖(49.14±9.44)岁,(6.11±5.06)年〗(t=3.93,2.28,P<0.05),GHbA1c的水平在边缘(两组的值分别为:8.86±2.15,7.91±1.53,t=1.952,P=0.056)。游离睾酮同GHbA1c显著负相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的发生与病程、长期高血糖密切相关。对男性2型糖尿病合并ED的患者,控制血糖为重要的基础治疗措施,在治疗方面应为以控制血糖为主的综合治疗。AIM:To explore the factors that induce the erectile dysfunction in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS:Totally 60 males patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were assessed by the international index of erectile function(IIEF),then they were divided into normal to mild abnormal group(IIEF score ≥12),moderate to severe abnormal group(IIEF score< 12).The glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (GHbA1c),sex hormone and lipoprotein were determined in the two groups. RESULTS:The age and disease course in the moderate to severe abnormal group[(58.94±9.82) years old and(9.61±6.64) years]were significantly higher than those in the normal to mild abnormal group[(49.14±9.44) years old and(6.11±5.06) years](t=3.93,2.28,P< 0.05), the levels of GHbA1c(%) in the two groups were 8.86±2.15 and 7.91±1.53,respectively,which were on the borderline(t=1.952,P=0.056). There was negative correlation between free testosterone and GHbA1c.The occurrence of erectile dysfunction is closely correlated with diabetic duration and chronic hyperglycemia in male patients with type 2 diabetes,so control of blood glucose is an important foundational treatment for them.
