冠心病患者血浆总同型半胱氨酸水平的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:研究血浆总同型半胱氨酸(totalhomocysteine,tHcy)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronaryheartdisease,CHD)的关系及临床意义。方法:对72例经冠状动脉造影的患者应用高效液相色谱法检测血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,同时分析tHcy浓度与吸烟、糖尿病、高血压以及各血脂指标之间的关系。结果:CHD患者血浆tHcy高于对照组犤分别为(19.39±1.53),(12.27±2.615)μmol/L,t=9.13,P<0.001犦;冠状动脉病变支数越多,血浆tHcy浓度越高(P<0.01);吸烟、糖尿病、高血压以及各血脂指标与tHcy之间均无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:高tHcy血症可能是CHD的一个独立危险因子。AIM:To investigate the relationship of plasma total homocysteine(tHcy) with coronary heart disease(CHD) and its clinical significance. METHODS:Plasma tHcy level was measured by high performance liquid chromatography technology in 72 patients who had received coronary angiography(CAG).The relation of tHcy level with smoking,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and blood lipid indices was analyzed. RESULTS:The plasma tHcy level in the CHD group was higher than that in the control group[(19.39±1.53)and(12.27±2.615)μmol/L,respectively,t=9.13,P< 0.01].The more diseased branches of coronary arteries involved, the higher plasma tHcy levels were(P< 0.01).There was no obvious relation of tHcy with smoking,diabetes,hypertension and blood lipid indices (P >0.05).CONCLUSION:High plasma tHcy may be an independent risk factor for CHD.
