摘  要:目的:观察电刺激大鼠岛叶皮质及皮质下中枢对心脏自主神经活性的影响。方法:将36只雄性健康大鼠随机分成6组,假手术组,岛叶周边躯体感觉皮质区组、岛叶刺激组、杏仁核组、下丘脑腹内侧核组、延髓迷走背核组,每组6只,用500μA,50Hz电流进行电刺激,通电达1h后,观察大鼠的心率、血压、心率变异性参数值。结果:①岛叶刺激组的血压、心率较假手术组和岛叶周边躯体感觉皮质区组有明显升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。②岛叶、杏仁核、丘脑下部、延髓迷走背核刺激组的心率变异参数值降低,表现为均方根值、总频、高频、低频、混沌参数值均降低,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),而低频/高频升高,表明心脏副交感神经活性降低,交感神经活性增强。结论:提示在岛叶及联系心脏的神经节通路的任何部位受到病理性刺激时,必须加强心脏自主神经活性的监测,以防脑源性不良反应发生。AIM:To observe the effects of electric stimulating insular cortex and subcortical central of rats on the competence of the cardiac autonomic nerve. METHODS:Thirty six healthy male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:sham group,control group,insular stimulating group,amygdale group,ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus group,dorsal motor nucleus of vagus group.There are 6 in each group. Heart rate,blood pressure and parameter value of heart rate variability(HRV) were observed after electric stimulating 1 hour with 500 μA,50 Hz current. RESULTS:①Blood pressure,heart rate of insular stimulation stimulating group were higher as compared with sham group and control group,and the differences were significant(P< 0.01) .②The parameter value of HRV decreased in insular stimulating group,amygdale group,ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus group and dorsal motor nucleus of vagus stimulating group,such as root mean square successive difference,total power,high frequency power(HF),low frequency power(LF),chaos were significantly lower as compared with control group(P< 0.01).The increase of LF/HF showed the cardiac parasympathetic hypofunction and sympathetic hyperfunction.CONCLUSION:When insula or any parts that contact with cardiac Ganglionic pass are stimulated with pathological stimulation, monitoring of autonomic cardiovascular functional disturbances should be strengthened in order to avoid cerebrogenic dysreaction.
