位点加穴位药物注射治疗脑性瘫痪患儿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨位点加穴位药物注射治疗脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)的疗效。方法:应用少量维生素B1、维生素B12加生理盐水稀释,按照脑解剖和神经生理功能在头皮的投射区(位点),结合临床症状选配与运动、智力、语言及视听有关的位点及相关穴位。四肢部位按照局部肌肉功能选择位点及相关穴位,下肢重者同时加选腰椎间隙的位点(L4～L5)轻度刺激神经根。每周3次(其中L4～5间隙每周2次),每疗程注射10次。两疗程之间间隔15～20d,平均四五个疗程。对采用上述治疗方法的381例脑瘫患儿随访6个月,观察疗效。结果:总有效率97.1%,正常化190例(49.9%),显效113例(74.3%),有效66例(17.3%),无效11例(2.9%)。有94.9%(317/334)患儿脑CT有不同程度好转。结论:位点加穴位药物注射治疗脑瘫,疗效好,见效快。AIM:To explore the effect of medication injection at sites and acpoints on children with cerebral palsy(CP). METHODS:According to reflex zone(sites) on the epicranium of brain dissection and neurophysiological function, injections were made with minim VitB1,VitB12 diluted by normal saline.Corresponding sites and acpoints related to movement,intellect,language,hearing and sight were selected.The sites and acpoints in limbs were chosen according to local muscle function.And those with serious lower limb disability were injected at inter space between vertebras L4-5,twice each week to stimulate nerve root.The treatment was done three times a week for 4-5 treatment periods, each involving ten times. Average interval between two treatment periods was 15-20 days.A total of 381 children with CP were followed up for 6 months,with the above mentioned method to observe the treatment effect. RESULTS:The total effective rate was 97.1%,and 190 cases (49.9%)were of normalization and the operation was remarkably effective on 113 cases(74.3%),supposedly effective on 66 cases(17.3%),while ineffective only on 11 cases(2.9%),and the status of 94.9%children(317/334) with CT was improved at various degrees. CONCLUSION:Medication injection at sites and acpoints can cure cerebral palsy effectively and rapidly,and it is a combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
