摘 要:目的:探讨胎儿组织锌、铬、硒和钒的随龄变化特征与代谢综合征(MetabolicSyndrome,MS)的关系。方法:分析4~10月龄胎儿肝、心、脾、肺、胃5种组织锌、铬、硒和钒的含量及其随龄变化特征,根据锌、铬、硒和钒与胰岛素抵抗综合征(Insulinresistancesyndrome,IRS)的关系,探讨MS与锌、铬、硒和钒缺乏的关联。结果:胎儿肝、心、脾、胃和肺中锌犤4月时分别为(368.4±67.5),(156.6±57.7),(287.2±176.0),(310.7±38.8),(195.5±64.7)μg/g;7月时分别为(299.6±60.5),(135.2±50.1),(221.9±153.3),(215.2±44.7),(135.1±37.4)μg/g;10月时分别为(185.1±60.9),(117.9±47.8),(119.7±27.8),(120.5±12.6),(72.1±14.6)μg/g犦、铬、硒和钒是一非稳态变量且随龄而显著降低(肺钒例外,随龄而显著增加),揭示胚胎期组织对化学元素具有贮存功能,而胎儿期锌、铬、硒、钒在主要组织中有随龄而降低的生物学特性,且与月龄之间呈显著负相关(-0.994<r<-0.725,P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:当环境-母体-胎儿系统锌、铬、硒和钒缺乏时,胎儿组织对锌、铬、硒和钒缺乏的敏感性增加,可能导致胰岛素抵抗(insulinresistance,IR)。形成小于胎龄儿(smallforgestationalage,SGA),增加这部分人群成人期发生MS的危险性。AIM:To observe the changing characteristics of zinc(Zn),chrome(Cr), selenium(Se) and vanadium(V) with age in fetal tissues and their correlations with metabolic syndrome(MS). METHODS:The contents of Zn,Cr,Se and V in liver, heart,spleen,lung and stomach and their changing characteristics with age were analyzed in foetus of 4-10 months old.The correlation of MS with deficiencies of Zn, Cr,Se and V was investigated according to the relation of insulin resistance syndrome(IRS) with Zn,Cr,Se and V. RESULTS:The contents of Zn in liver,heart, spleen stomach and lung were (368.4±67.5),(156.6±57.7),(287.2±176.0),(310.7±38.8) and (195.5±64.7) μg/g,respectively,when foetus were 4 months old;(299.6±60.5), (135.2±50.1),(221.9±153.3),(215.2±44.7) and(135.1±37.4) μg/g when foetus were 7 months old;and(185.1±60.9),(117.9±47.8),(119.7±27.8), (120.5±12.6) and(72.1±14.6) μg/g when foetus were 10 months old.The contents of Zn,Cr,Se and V in liver,heart,spleen,stomach and lung were the unstable variances,and significantly decreased with month age(except V content in lung increased markedly with month age),which disclosed that tissues had function of storing chemical elements in embryo stage,and there was biological characteristic of Zn,Cr,Se and V contents in fetal tissues decreasing with month age and there was remarkably negative correlation with month age(-0.994< r< -0.725,P< 0.05 or 0.01).CONCLUSION:When there are deficiencies of Zn,Cr,Se and V in environmentmotherfetus system,the sensitivity to Zn,Cr,Se and V deficiencies in fetal tissues will increase,which may result in insulin resistance and small for gestational age,increase of the MS risk of this kind of crowd.
