不同剂量异丙酚用于人工流产术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　研究 3种不同剂量异丙酚用于人工流产术的麻醉效果 ,探索异丙酚的最佳剂量。方法　将 12 0例无痛人流病例随机分为 3组 :A组 (n =30 )静注异丙酚 2mg/kg、B组 (n =5 0 )静注异丙酚 2 5mg/kg、C组 (n =4 0 )静注异丙酚 3mg/kg。静注异丙酚速率均为每 10秒注射 4 0mg。对 3组的麻醉效果、用药量及HR、MAP、SPO2 、RR等指标进行对比观察。结果　麻醉诱导时间B、C组少于A组 (P <0 0 1) ,苏醒时间B、C组小于A组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,呼吸抑制发生率A、B组少于C组 (P <0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,呼吸抑制平均时间B组最小。结论　静注异丙酚 2 5mg/kg麻醉效果好 ,呼吸抑制发生率低 ,是用于无痛人工流产术较为安全有效的剂量。Objective Via study on three different doses of propofol used in artificial abortion to investigate the best suitable dose of it. Method 120 cases of painless abortion were optional divided into three group: Group A ( n =30) intravenously inject propofol 2mg/kg; Group B ( n =50) 2.5 mg/kg propofol iv; group C ( n =40) 3 mg/kg propofol iv. Speed of injection was 40 mg/every 10 sec. Observation and comparison were made in the criteria of effects of anesthesia, dose of propofol and HP. MAP, SPO 2, RR etc. Results Anesthesia induction time less in group B and C compared with group A ( P <0.01). Awaken time of Group B and C are shorter than group A ( P <0.05). Group A and B have less respiratory inhibition rate than in group C ( P <0.05). Average time of respiratory inhibition minimum was seen in group B. Conclusion Intravenously injection of 2.5 mg/kg propfol had best anesthesia effect and low respiratory inhibition rate. It is a safe and effective dose used in painless artificial abortion.
