摘　　要：背景与目的 :研究成核透明剂ZC_3(DMDBS)的急性毒性和遗传毒性。材料与方法 :小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果 :急性毒性试验表明 :成核透明剂ZC_3属无毒物质。Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论 :在本次实验条件下 ,成核透明剂ZC_3为无毒物质 。BACKGROUND&AIM: To study the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of DMDBS. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Acute toxicity test of mice,Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice,sperm shape abnormality test of mice. RESULTS: DMDBS was a substance with no toxicity according to the acute toxicity.The results of genetic toxicity tests were all negative,including Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm shape abnorˉmality test. CONCLUSION: DMDBS was a substance with no toxicity and had no genetic toxicity in this test.
