颈部伸展托的研制及其在颈部烧伤及整形患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的　提高颈部烧伤、整形手术的效果。方法　自行研制了颈部伸展托 (下称颈托 ) ;将颈托用于 30例颈部深 °烧伤患者 (颈托组 ) ,观察其术后颈部周长缩减值 ,并与 32例未使用颈部伸展托 (对照组 )的患者进行比较。结果　颈托组颈部周长缩减值明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　颈托具有创面暴露好、利于渗出液外溢、促进静脉回流 ,减轻局部肿痛 ,使患者颈部保持所需治疗体位 (功能位或舒适体位 )及便于医护操作等多种功效 ,值得推广。Objective To manufacture burn plastic cervical supporter and evaluate its clinical application in burn plastic patients.Methods Cervical supporter was tailored with sponge,cotton cloth,leather,slide fastener and mungbean skin.62 patients with cervical deep Ⅱ° burns were divided into cervical supporter group(32cases) and routine group(32cases) randomly,the former used cervical supporter.The reduction of cervical girthes of all the patients in two groups were calculated.Results The reduction of cervical girthes of the patients in cervical supporter group were more than that in the routine group(P<0.001).Conclusion Burn plastic cervical supporter can primely keep wound exposure,benefit in overflowing of effusion,improvereturn of veinous ,relieve local swelling and pain,maintain cervices in needed posture and be convenient for operating.
