右腋下微创切口心脏不停跳治疗心脏间隔缺损45例的体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨右腋下微创切口心脏不停跳治疗心脏房、室间隔缺损的疗效。方法　本组 45例均采用右腋下微创切口结合心脏不停跳技术。结果　全组死亡 1例 ,II度房室传导阻滞 1例 ,术后残余漏 2例 ,其余病人恢复良好。结论　采用右腋下微创切口心脏不停跳技术 ,手术切口小 ,恢复快 ,有较好的美学效果 ,适用简单心内直视手术。Objective To investigate the treatment of interatrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD) through a minimally incision at right armpit with beating heart. Methods Forty-five patients with ASD or VSD received repairing operation through a minimally incision at right armpit with beating heart. Results 1 case died. 1 case appeared Ⅱ degree atrioventricular block. Residual shunt appeared in 2 cases. Other cases recovered well. Conclusions Repair operation of ASD and VSD through a minimally incision at right armpit with beating heart has small wound, quickly recovery. It is suitable for simple open heart surgery.
