摘  要:热负荷和热强度受煤气压力和燃气阀有效流通面积等参数的影响。反之,它也影响频率、过剩空气系数、燃烧室平均压力、一氧化碳排放量及燃烧稳定性。对上述参数的关系进行了实验与理论分析。它表明热负荷与燃气压力呈线性关系,并能借改变燃气阀的有效流通面积来调节。随热负荷增加,频率增加和过剩空气减小。Heat input and input rate are effected by gas pressure and effective flow area of gas flapper valve. On the contrary,they also exert an influence on the frequency, excess air, mean pressure of combustion chamber, carbon monoxide emission as well as combustion stability. Experiment and theoretical analysis have been made to study the relation of above-mentioned parameters. It is shown that the heat input has a linear relation with the gas pressure. It can be regulated by changing the effective flow area of gas flapper valve. The frequency increases and the excess air decreases with the raise of heat input.
