卡介菌多糖核酸治疗生殖器疱疹54例

摘　　要：目的　观察卡介菌多糖核酸治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法　采用单盲随机对比方法 ,分别观察无环鸟苷片口服加用卡介菌多糖核酸肌注 (观察组 )和无环鸟苷片口服组 (对照组 )治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效 ,分别在治疗后 4周、8周、1 2个月观察随访。治疗前和后均作血、尿常规和肝、肾功能检查。结果　观察组显效率 (77.8% ) ,2个月内复发率 1 2 .9% ,1 2个月内复发率为 2 7.8% ;对照组分别为68.0 %、2 0 .0 %及 46 .0 %。结论　卡介菌多糖核酸具有降低生殖器疱疹的复发率的作用 ;生殖器疱疹复发可能与机体免疫缺陷有关。Objective To observe effects of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid (trade name: Siqikang) on treating Herpes genitalis. Methods 104 cases of Herpes genitalis were divided into 2 groups randomly, 54 patients were treated with acyclovir orally and intramuscular injection of Siqikang as experiment group, the other 50 cases taking acyclovir orally only as control group. The curative effects of two groups were compared. All patients were follow-up at the end of 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 months. Blood and urine routine examination, liver and renal function were examined before and after treatment. Results Effective rate, recurrence rate in 2 months and recurrence rate in 12 months were 77.8%, 12.9% and 27.8% separately in experiment group, In control group, they were 68%, 20% and 46% separately. Conclusions Siqikang can decrease the recurrence rate of Herpes genitalis. The recurrence of Herpes genitalis may be related to immune deficiency.
