胸腰段脊柱前路内固定Centaul系统应用的初步报告

摘　　要：目的　研究和评价Thecentaulplatesystem在胸、腰段脊柱前路内固定术中的作用和特点。方法　 2 0 0 3年 2月至 2 0 0 4年 2月 ,对 18例胸、腰段脊柱椎体病变患者行前路减压、植骨 ,采用胸、腰段脊柱前路centaul系统内固定。本组男 11例 ,女 7例。年龄 2 8～ 83岁 ,平均 42岁。胸椎结核 6例 ,腰椎结核 2例 ,胸椎骨折 3例 ,腰椎骨折 5例 ,胸椎肿瘤 2例。结果　 15例获平均 6个月随访 ,无术中及术后并发症 ,未见钢板和螺钉断裂 ,松动现象 ,植骨块未见松动。结论　Thecentaulplatesystem钉板系统的小巧外形和低切迹 ,更适合亚洲人的脊柱特点 ,并能相当便利的植入植骨块 ,为胸腰段的脊柱提供一个稳定的骨融合 ,它可作为撑开器和便利进行后凸畸形的矫正 ,具有良好的影像兼容性 ,有利术后的影像跟踪。Objective To study and evaluate the efficacy and specialties of the centaul plate system.Methods From 2003 to 2004,18 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebral body diseases operated upon by anterior decompression bone grafts and the centaul plate system anterior fixation were studied.In all 18 cases,11 cases were male and 7 cases female.The age was from 28 to 83 years,the average age was 42 years.there were 6 cases of the vertebrae thoracicae tuberculosis,2 of the vertebrae lumbar tuberculosis,3 of the vertebrae thoracicae tumor.Results 15 cases were followed up from 6 months in average.There was no complication related to the plate fixation,no screw loosening or break,and no grafts bone loosening.Conclusion The centaul plate system provides stable osteasynthsis environment from thoracic and lumbar spine with minimal profile and lower thagent plane which is suitable for Asian spine and facilitates the placement of bone grafts.Futhermore,it permits precise radiological follow-up.
