摘　　要：目的 探讨不扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法 1999年7月——2003年6月,对30例胫骨开放性骨折患者的手术治疗进行回顾性分析。按Anderson-Gustilo分级,I型16例,Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲa型4例。治疗采用不扩髓交锁髓内钉内固定。结果 所有病例均获得6-38个月随访,除1例延迟愈合外,其余骨折全部愈合。1例术后感染,1例术后成角畸形。按Johner Wruh标准评价疗效,优23例,良7例。结论 不扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨开放性骨折是一种较好的内固定治疗方式,明显减少并发症的发生,提高骨折愈合率和术后功能的恢复。Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of undreamed intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of open tibial fractures. Methods A restrospective review of 30 cases, suffering from open tibial fractures treated with unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail. According to the criteria of Anderson-Gustilo, 16 belonged to grade I, 10 belonged to grade Ⅱ k,4 belonged to grade Ⅲa. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 38 months, except I delayed union, all fractures healed. The effect was evaluated according to the criteria of Johner and Wruh, there were 23 case assessed as excellent, 7 cases as good, Conclusion For open tibial fractures, unreamed inrtamedullary interlocking nail has satisfactory effect for reducing complications, to improve union rate and functional recovery.
