提降眉术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 介绍提降眉术治疗鱼尾纹、上睑皮肤松弛及纹眉失败的方法。方法 通过眉上、眉中及眉下切口,横行切除宽度为1.2～1.9cm。结果 本组提眉140例,切眉80例,降眉4例,切除眉尾16例。术后随访3个月至2年,除3例2次手术后满意,其余237例均取得良好效果。结论 该方法治疗鱼尾纹、上睑皮肤松弛及纹眉失败效果明显,同时具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。Objective To introduce elevating (removing) eyebrow to treat temporal wrinkles, blepharochalasis of upper eyelid and eyebrow tattoo failure. Methods To remove a width of 1.2-1.9cm skin transversely thru supraeye-brow, transeeyebrow and infraeyebrow incisions. Results In total 240 cases, there were 140 cases with removing supraeyebrow skin, 80 cases with removing eyebrow, 4 cases removing infra eeyebrow skin and 16 cadws with removing of eyebrow cauda. There were no complications in 237 cases through flooow-up 3 to 24 mnonths, temporal wrinkles, blepharochalasis of upper eyelid and eyebrow tattoo failure were coeercted, the other 3 cases were satisfactory after second operation. Conclusion It is an effective method to correct temporal wrinkles, blepharochalasis of upper eyelid and eyebrow tattoo failure with little injury and short convalescent period.
