Effects of Lime Stone Particles as a Resource of Calcium on Egg Production and the Quality of Egg Shell

摘  要:采用单因子分组设计,将286只164日龄星杂288小母鸡随机分成6组,每4只鸡为1笼,每组12笼。预试期14天,全部喂基础饲粮(全石粉);正试期266天,分别接受6种饲粮处理(Ⅰ—全石粉,Ⅱ—1/3石粉+2/3石粒,Ⅲ—全石粒,Ⅳ—全石粉+砂砾,V—2/3石粉+1/3石粒,Ⅶ—3%沸石)。对试验数据进行单因子方差分析和协方差分析表明,Ⅲ组产蛋率显著(P<0.05)高于Ⅳ组(产蛋率校正值依组次为61.4%,59.3%,69.6%,56.0%,59.4%和62.6%);Ⅴ组的破软蛋率低于Ⅵ组(P<0.05)(校正值依次为0.50%,0.71%,0.82%,0.71%,0.21%和1.56%);各组间在蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳重、蛋壳率、单位面积蛋壳重等方面均无显著差异(P>0.05)。An experiment designed with monofactor was conducted in 1989 ~1990. All 286 Shaver star cross 288 pullets at the age of 164 days were divided into 6 groups randomly.There were 12 cages in each group and 4 birds in each cage. The preliminary trial period lasted for 14 days during which a basal diet (lime stone meal totally ) was fed, and the formal trial period for 266 days during which 6 diets of treatment were carried on, i. e. (i) basal diet; (ii) 1/3 lime stone meal +2/3 stone meal; (iii) lime stone particles entirely; (iv) basal diet+sands; (v)2/3 lime stone meal +1/3 lime stone particles and (vi) 3% zeolites. Results from monofactorial analysis of variance and covariance showed that the rate of egg prodution in group iii was significantly higher than that in group iv(P<0.05) (the adjusted values of egg production ranked as 61.4, 59.3, 69.6, 56.0, 59.4 and 62.6%); and the rates of broken and soft eggs in group v were lower than those in group vi significantly (P<0.05) (the adjusted values were 0.5, 0.71, 0.82, 0.71, 0.21and 1.56%). No significant difference (P>0.05) existed between groups in egg size, intensity of egg shell, weight of egg shell, egg shell percentage and the weight of egg shell per unit area.
