穴位埋线配合功能锻炼治疗压力性尿失禁临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :寻找治疗压力性尿失禁的最佳疗法。方法 :将 2 4 0例女性压力性尿失禁患者随机分为穴位埋线加功能锻炼治疗组及安慰剂加功能锻炼对照组各 12 0例 ,治疗后评定尿失禁改善情况 ,对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果 :治疗组与对照组均取得较好的疗效 ,但治疗组较对照组效果显著(P <0 0 1) ;疗程结束 6个月后 ,治疗组总有效率仍显著高于对照组 ,两组远期疗效差异具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论Objective To search for the best therapy for stress urinary incontinence. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into acupoint thread embedding plus functional exercise group and placebo plus functional exercise group, 120 cases in each group, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results At the end of therapeutic course, the treatment group and the control group had better therapeutic effects and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ( P <0 01); 6 months after the end of therapeutic course, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding therapy plus functional exercise is a good therapy for stress urinary incontinence.
