摘　　要：目的 :探讨针刺促进烧伤创面愈合的机理。方法 :建立兔深Ⅱ度烧伤动物模型 ,电针双侧“足三里”穴 ,同时取正常组织对照。动态观察烧伤后早期创面组织中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的变化以及针刺“足三里”穴后对创面组织中LPO、SOD的影响。结果 :烧伤创面组织早期SOD的活性下降 ,LPO升高。针刺后可提高烧伤后早期组织抗过氧化能力。结论 :针刺可促进烧伤创面愈合 。Objective To study on mechanisms of acupuncture promoting burn wound healing. Methods Electroacupuncture was given at bilateral “Zusanli” (ST 36) in the depth Ⅱ grade burn animal model. LPO content and SOD activity in the early wound tissue after burn, and effects of acupuncture on them were dynamically observed with normal tissue used as controls. Results SOD activity decreased and LPO content increased in early burn wound tissue. Acupuncture could increase the anti peroxidative ability in the burn tissue. Conclusion Acupuncture promotes burn wound healing possibly through increasing anti peroxidative ability in burn tissues.
