摘　　要：顺铂是一广谱抗肿瘤药 ,对肿瘤抑制率可达 6 1%～ 98% ,尤其对于实体瘤和对一般化疗不甚敏感肿瘤的疗效较为显著 ,但临床应用存在不同的肾功能损伤、胃肠道反应、耳毒性等不良反应 ,因此人们在提高其疗效、降低不良反应方面作了大量工作 ,研究了更方便、合理的新剂型 ,本文就其进展作一综述。Cisplatin is a wide anti-tumor drug. The restrain rate for tumor is up to 61%~98%, and its effect is more obvious particularly for entity neoplasm and the tumor that is not very sensitive for general chemotherapy. However, in its clinical application, there were some side effects such as kidney injury of different degrees, reaction of stomach and intestines and ear poison. For this reason, large work has been done in order to improve its therapeutic effects and lower the side effects. The convenient and rational preparation has been studied. This article reviewed the advances of new preparations.
