摘　　要：目的 :总结重症心脏瓣膜病围手术期的护理经验 ,探讨提高早期生存率的术后监护措施。方法 :对 175例患者术中采用中度低温 (2 4～ 2 8℃ )体外循环 ,置入机械瓣 ,术后实施重症监护 2 4～ 72h ,口服华法令抗凝治疗 ,凝血酶原时间 (PT)维持至正常值的 1 5倍。结果 :瓣膜置换术后并发低心排 19例 ,心室颤动 7例 ,早期死亡 9例 ,死亡率 5 14 %。结论 :注重重症心脏瓣膜病患者的术前护理 ,帮助患者保持良好的心理状态 ,术后严密监护 。Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of serious heart valve diseases,and investigate the nursing to improve the early-term survival.Method:From Sept.1993 to Sept.2003,valve replacement operation for 175 patients with serious heart valve disease was treated and nursed.which were about 27.3% of total valve replacement cases in the same time.There were 78 males and 97 females,the mean age was 42±13 years old range 15～65 years old.Result:In this group,19 cases had postoperative low cardiac output syndrome and 7 cases had ventricular filtration.Hospital death was 9 cases.Conclusion:The outcome of nursing for severe heart valve disease is improved,we must pay more attention to per-operative,psychological nursing and intensive care.
