摘　　要：目的　观察改良大隐静脉曲张手术治疗效果。方法　为单纯大隐静脉曲张的 316例患者 35 7个患肢行主干高位结扎及其 5条属支单纯结扎。而不做大隐静脉主干抽剥及曲张静脉的剥脱 ,以减少创伤。结果　此术式创伤少 ,术后恢复快 ,复发率低。Objective To observe the treatment effects of modified operations on great saphenous vein varices.Methods Modified high ligation of main great saphenous vein varices and five branchs were performed on 316 patients(357 limbs).Results Less injury,faster recovery and no recurrence were found.Conclusion The modified high ligation of great saphenous vein varices have proved to be a safe and effective operation for the simplicity great saphenous vein varices.
