摘 要:电容型电力设备tan δ在线监测的低准确性、不稳定性严重影响在线监测系统的实用化,一直是在线监测系统的开发难点。文中介绍了一种新型电容型电力设备tan δ在线高精确度测量系统,该测量系统采用了新型软磁材料制成的高精确度恒角差微电流传感器,在小信号检测和数据处理技术方面采用了独立元分析等方法,采用了全分布现场总线和数据传输技术,使tan δ在线测量的精确性、稳定性显著提高。还介绍了该系统的组成结构及系统实际运行检测情况。该系统目前已在多个变电站投入运行,至今为止运行情况良好。Owing to the low precision and instability of existing on-line tan δ monitoring systems for capacitive equipment, it is difficult to put it into practice. In this paper, a new on-line high precision tan δ monitoring system for capacitive equipment is presented to remedy this situation. A new type of soft magnetic material is used in the constant angle difference current sensor. An independent component analysis is made to detect and process small signals, and then the fully-distributed field-bus and data transmission technology are adopted. Moreover, the configuration of the monitoring system developed is also described and field test results in a power station are given. So far the system has successfully been operating in many substations.
