摘　　要：阐述了通过改进209T型转向架弹性定位套、定位座摩擦套的材质、结构的方法,来解决因列车提速,而带来影响列车运行安全的问题。This article expounds the way of improving the material and structure of 209T bogie's elastic locating sleeve and locating seat's friction sleeve. This settles the safety problems that caused by speed-raising.
