592例心脑血栓患者饮酒量对血脂、血糖、血压的影响

摘　　要：选取 5 92例心肌梗死或 (和 )脑梗死 (腔隙性脑梗死除外 )的男病人为研究对象 ,按照饮酒量的不同进行分组 ,观察了饮酒量对心脑血栓病患者血脂、血糖、血压的影响。结果 :未发现单纯少量饮酒的降TC、TG作用及升HDL作用。饮酒大量者TC有下降的趋势 ;单纯中大量饮酒可能使血糖降低 ,而合并吸烟则使这种作用消失 ;在有吸烟习惯的人中少量饮酒也增高血压 。Objective: 592 male patients suffered from myocardial infarction and (or) cerebral embolism (except cerebral lacunar infarction) were divided into some groups according to spirits dose and the effects of spirits having,the blood lipid, blood sugar and blood pressure were observed. Results: It hadn't been found that single low dose spirits could lower TC, TG or promote HDL. Single moderate or high dose of spirits can lower the level of blood sugar but the effects disappeared when combined with smoking. Among smokers moderate or low dose of spirits can make blood pressure ascendant. Combination of spirits and smoking would strongly cause high blood pressure.
