金诃降脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察金诃降脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法　测定高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的各项指标。结果　金诃降脂胶囊灌胃 (ig)给药 4 0天后发现该药能明显降低由高脂乳剂所造成的大鼠TC、TG、LDL的水平 ;血液流变学各项结果显示该药能明显降低高脂血症大鼠高、低切变率下的全血粘度 (ηb)、全血还原粘度 (ηr)、血浆粘度 (ηp)、血细胞比容 (HCT)。结论　金诃降脂胶囊不仅对高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢紊乱具有良好的调节作用 。Objective To observe the effects of Jinhe decreasing grease capsule on lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipdemia rats in experimental hyperlipidemiarats.Methods Feeding rats with lipid emulsion to estabilsh the hyper lipidemia models for detecting the various indexes of lipid and hemorheology including the TC,TG,LDL and hyperlipidemia. Results After 40 days of taking the Jinke grease-lowered capsule TC 、TG、LDL level were significantly decreased.The various results of hemorhelolgy show that the capsule can clearly reduce the blood viscosity(η b)the original blood viscosity(η r),plasma viscosity(η p)and hematocrit(HCT) under the rate of high and low exchange.Conclusion Jinhe grease-lowered capsule not only possesses obvious effect of regulating the disorder of lipid circulation of hyperlipidemia rats,but also changes the characteristics of hemorhelolgy,so that the condition of blood thickness,viscosity and RBC mass can be improved.
