髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位68例应用可吸收螺钉内固定疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　比较三种治疗髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位的方法的疗效。方法　将 6 8例病例随机分为三组 ,行不同治疗 ,根据治疗结果评价每种方法的疗效。结果　第二组和第三组患者的髋关节功能恢复优于第一组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床愈合时间短于第一组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;第二组和第三组患者髋关节功能恢复的差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但第二组的优良率 (87.5 % )低于第三组 (91.6 % ) ,而且第二组的临床愈合时间长于第三组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　手术治疗髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位的疗效优于非手术治疗 。Objective Compare the effect of three ways treating acetabular fracture plus dislocation of femoral head. Methods 68 cases were divided into three groups randomly.To evaluate the effect of every way:the function of hip joint and the clinic heading time were compared. Results The function of hip joint of the second group and the third group was better than that of the first group(P<0.05), and their clinic healing time was shorter than that of the first group(P<0.05). The difference of the function of hip joint between the second group and the third group had no significant of statistics (P>0.05), but rate of excellent and good result of the second group was lower than that of the third group, and the clinic healing time of the second group was longer than that of the third group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of operation treating acetabular fracture with dislocation of femoral head is better than that of nonoparative therapy, and the effect of internal fixation with absorbable screw is a little better than that of internal fixation with screws.The third group patients recovered with good healing of the fracture.
