套管针输液中常见问题的分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨套管针使用中常见问题及其原因。方法　针对套管针使用中常见的诸如穿刺不成功、液体血管外渗漏、液体输入过慢、套管针脱出、维持输液时间过短、静脉炎等问题 ,分别作出原因分析 ,采取不同的措施予以处理。结果　使用套管针输液 5 68例次 ,效果满意 44 5例次 ,不满意 12 3例次 ,其中穿刺不成功 80例次、输液渗漏 18例次、输液过慢 11例次、输液针头脱出 4例次、输液维持时间过短 7例次、静脉炎 3例次。结论　根据不同的原因 ,采取不同的措施进行恰当的处理 。Objective To explore the common problems occurred in the transfusion using trocar. Analysis was made on some common problems occurred in the transfusion using trocar,such as puncture failure,liquid leakage out of blood vessel,over-slow transfusion,trocar drop out,short infusion time and phlebitis. Different measures were carried out to deal with the problems. Among the 568 cases of infusion using trocar,445 cases were satisfactory,80 cases had puncture failure,18 cases had liquid leakage out of blood vessel,11 cases had over slow infusion,4 cases had trocar drop out,7 cases had short infusion time and 3 cases had phlebitis. [Conclusion] Different measures should be taken to deal with different problems in order to ensure smooth transfusion with trocar.
