复方角菜酸酯栓促进痔疮术后康复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方角菜酸酯栓在痔术后的临床应用价值。方法:35例痔术后患者应用复方角菜酸酯栓,与同期36例未使用复方角菜酸酯栓者相比,分析患者术后症状和体征的改善情况。结果:治疗组疼痛和愈合时间明显优于对照组,排便困难明显改变,水肿也明显减轻。结论:痔术后应用复方角菜酸酯栓可减轻术后疼痛,促进创面愈合,改善术后排便困难的情况。Objective To study clinical application value of Compound titanore in e suptository administered after hemorrhoidectomy. Methods 35 cases of hemorrhoi dectomy treated with Compound titanoreine suptository were compared with 36 case s without Compound titanoreine suptository and postoperative symptoms and physic al signs were analysed. Result The test group was remarkably superior to the con trol group in both degree of pain and healing time: defecation was much easier a nd edema was greatly lessened. Conclusion :Compound titanoreine suptository use d postoperatively can alleviate postoperative pain and promote healing of the su rface of wound and make postoperative defecation easier.
