两种物理因子治疗慢性喉炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超短波并直流电碘离子(I-)导入或超短波并中频电治疗慢性喉炎临床疗效。方法:慢性喉炎患者60例随机分成A、B两组,A组接受超短波和直流电导入I-,B组接受超短波和中频电治疗。结果:两组治疗显效率分别达66.7%、63.3%,有效率达96.7%,且两组间疗效比较无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:超短波并直流电I-导入或超短波并中频电治疗慢性喉炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrashort wave plus g al vanoionivation I-or ultrashort wave plus intermediate frequency electrotherapy on chronic laryngitis . Methods Sixty patients with chronic laryngitis were rand omly divided into group A and group B ,group A was treated with ultrashort wave plus galvanoionivation I-,and group B was treated with ultrashort wave plus i ntermediate frequency electrotherapy. Results The excellence rates of treatment in group A and group B were 66.7%and 63.3%respectively,the effective rates in two groups were 96.7%.There was no significant difference between the two grou ps .Conclusion The means of ultrashort wave plus galvanoionivation I-or interme diate frequency electrotherapy on chronic laryngitis were worth spreading .
