摘  要:目的探索碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)复合降解膜置入肌桥桥接脊髓缺损局部,提高脊髓神经纤维的再生效果。方法切除8条家犬L3~4脊髓节段0.8cm,采用缝匠肌尾侧部桥接脊髓缺损,按随机数分为实验组和对照组,实验组在脊髓桥接处置入bFGF复合降解膜,对照组在脊髓桥接处不置入bFGF复合降解膜,术后不同时间取材进行形态学观察研究。结果膜内外结缔增生有明显的差异,实验组肌桥段内再生的神经纤维明显较对照组多。结论肌桥桥接脊髓缺损局部置入bFGF复合降解膜,为脊髓的再生和重建提供良好的微环境,提高神经纤维的再生效果。AIM: To explore the transplantation of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) complex absorbable membrane into local spinal cord defect so as to promote neural regeneration of spinal cord.METHODS: L3-4 spinal cord segments at a length of 0.8 cm in 8 dogs were cut off. The sartorius was sutured for bridging spinal cord defect, and then the segments were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. bFGF complex absorbable membrane was transplanted at bridged site in the experimental group. The samples selected at different postoperative time points were observed morphologically.RESULTS: The proliferation of the connective tissue was obviously different in and outside the membrane. There were more regenerative fibers in bridged muscle in the experimental group than the control group. CONCLUSION: The bFGF complex absorbable membrane implanted into spinal cord defect locally can provide a better microenvironment for the regeneration and reconstitution of spinal cord so as to promote the regeneration of nerve fibers.
