摘 要:利用超声波破乳脱水的基本原理,在驻波场下研究考察了超声参数对炼油厂污油破乳脱水的影响,证明了超声波分离油水乳状液的可行性和优越性。在同等条件下(相同的破乳剂量、温度等),沉降2h,超声处理污油脱水率可达91 7%以上,和单纯热沉降相比具有显著优势。实验中,较好的超声处理污油破乳脱水的工艺条件为声强0 66W/cm2、频率10kHz、作用时间5min、破乳剂用量0 375mg/g、温度70℃、沉降4h,可使污油脱水率在96 3%以上。According to the basic principle of dehydration for waste oil by ultrasonic demulsification, the effects of the ultrasonic field parameters on the waste oil dehydration were studied in a standing-wave field. The feasibility and superiority by ultrasound irradiation to separate water and oil in the emulsion were verified. Under the coequal conditions (same demulsifier,same dosage, temperature, 2 h deposition time, etc.), the dewatering rate is 91.7% (v%) after ultrasound treatment. It has outstanding advantage than simple thermal settling process.From laboratory studies of waste oil dehydration,the optimum conditions are: the acoustic intensity 0.66 W/cm^2, frequency 10 kHz, treatment time 5 min,demulsifying agent 0.375 mg/g, dehydration temperature 70 ℃, settling time 4 h, the dewatering rate is 96.3% (v%).
