摘　　要：后契约义务是对契约义务体系的完善和补充。立法上各国规定不一。本文认为构成后契约义务需满足六个构成要件。后契约义务与违约责任等相关概念有本质区别,后契约义务实际上是对缔约过失理论的进一步发展,意在维护契约的圆满性和扩大对交易安全的保护。The contractual duty of impressing is to make the contractual duty system of perfecrt with add.on the lawmaking diffevent countries provision is different.this text thinks that the contractual duty in impress in composing deeds to satisy six composing important items, The impress contractual duty in reality is a further development to the theorety of making contract. The idea is to support the contractual satisfactory with extend to the safe protection in bargain.
