摘　　要：为了解决我国医院用药价格偏高问题 ,必须改变医院传统供应模式。分析了JIT采购模式和传统模式两种医院医药供应模式 ,对比了两种模式的不同 ,指出JIT采购模式的优点 。In order to solve the problems of high prices of medicines in hospital, the traditional mode of medicine supply is to be changed. Both the JIT and traditional modes of medicine supply are analyzed, especially on the differences. The advantages of JIT mode are modified, and measures on implementation are introduced.
