摘　　要：组建了一套用于半导体微气压传感器的测试系统。该系统主要由真空装置和信号采集系统两部分组成。该系统为半导体微气压传感器的研制提供了实验平台,利用该系统对一种微加热板式传感器的微气压特性进行了实验测试及分析。A testing system for micro air pressure semiconductor sensor is constructed.It is composed of two parts:the vacuum device and the signal collecting system.The system provides a trial platform for developing this kind of sensor.The system is used to test and analyse the response characteristic of a kind of micro air pressure sensor based on micro-hotplate.
