摘　　要：详细介绍了AM29F800BT与Motorola32位单片机MC68376的特性及其接口设计,采用C语言编写FLASH擦写程序,并通过MCU将用户程序代码写入FLASH,来实现在系统编程。The trait and the interface design of MC68376 and AM29F800B are presented in this article. The MC68376 belongs to 32 bit MCU of Motorola. The C code is compiled for FLASH memory, and MCU is adopted to load the code to FLASH. After a series of operation, the In system Programming is finished.
