摘  要:冶金矿山湿式磨机衬板,使用工矿条件恶劣,既受腐蚀又受冲击和磨损。目前常用衬板材质高锰钢韧性有余(ak≥147J/cm2),硬度HB179~229、耐磨、耐腐蚀性不足;低合金钢韧性与耐蚀性不够;高铬铸铁耐磨性好,但韧性不足。文章研究了合金成分对低碳高合金钢组织及力学性能的影响,结果表明,合理选择合金成分及热处理工艺,可以得到单相马氏体组织,硬度达到HRC48~51,冲击韧性ak≥50J/cm2,完全满足矿山湿式磨机衬板力学性能要求。The liner of the wet-grinding machine at metallurgical mines works under very bad conditions,and it has to bear impact,corrosion and abrasion. The ductility of high manganese steel used in most liners is perfect(a_k≥147 J/cm^2), but its hardness HB179~229 and resistance to abrasion and corrosion are insufficient; the ductility of low-alloy steel and its resistance to corrosion are not good enough;and the resistance of high chromium cast iron to abrasion is very good, but its ductility is imperfect. The influence of alloy composition on the structure and mechanical property of the low carbon and high alloy steel is studied. Results prove that the single-phase martensite structure of the steel can be obtained if the alloy composition and heat treatment process are properly selected,the hardness of the steel can reach HRC48~51,and the impact ductility is no less than 50 J/cm^2,which perfectly meets the mechanical requirement of the liner used in wet-grinding machines.
