摘　　要：采用二次多项式滑动平滑法对采样数据进行平滑,有效地滤除了信号中的高频噪声。对数据处理的两种方法———离散傅立叶变换和快速傅立叶变换进行了比较。给出了一种能够同时对泄漏电流和参考电压进行频域分析的算法。In the paper,the quadratic polynomial function smoothing-method is used to smooth the sampling data,which is proved to be effective in filtering the high frequency noise.Two data process methods both by Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)and by Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)are compared.An algorithm used to analyse the leakage current and the reference voltage simultaneously in frequency domain is also provided.
