摘　　要：阐述了社区管理专业可持续发展人才培养模式含义、特征及必要性,总结了培养可持续发展社区管理人才的基本途径。This paper expounds meaning,characteristics and necessity of sustainable development talenttraining model in Community Management speciality,and concludes the basic way on hoh to train sustainable development talents.
