摘　　要：通过对热喷涂材料自身特性的分析和一般淬火钢机械加工性能比较 ,确定了热喷涂材料在机械加工中切削速度、深度、进给量及刀具几何参数的数值等方面的优选 ,对实际生产有一定的借鉴和指导作用。By analysis of the characteristic of the thermal spraying material, and by comparasion of machining performance of a general quenched steel, the optimal values of the cutting speed, depth, amount of feed, and geometric parameters of cutter for machining the thermal spraying material are determined, which has a certain use for reference and guidance to the actual production.
