摘　　要：探讨了公共图书馆与义工组织合作的可行性、运作模式及合作内容等问题 ,阐明了在图书馆界引入“文化义工”This paper discusses the cooperative feasibility, the operation mode and the content of cooperation between public library and volunteer organization.The significance of introducing culture volunteer to library is discussed also.
