《山东精神医学》2001～2003年论著分析

摘　　要：目的　分析《山东精神医学》2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年刊载的论著及综述栏目中的论文 ,以供对该刊的专业水平和刊物特色进行评估时参考。方法　用文献计量学方法 ,统计该刊 3年刊载的 2 0 3篇论著、作者、作者单位、论著合著率、论文的地理分布以及主题内容的医学分类及病种分布。结果　在 2 0 3篇中 ,排名前 10位的作者单位共发表论著及综述 111篇 (5 4.6 8% ) ,在 170名第一作者中 ,8名发表≥ 3篇的作者共发表论著及综述 2 6篇 (12 .81% )。论文合著率为 88.6 7% ,平均合作度为 3.6 7。所刊论文中 ,基础医学占 11.33% ,临床医学占 6 5 .5 2 % ,心理卫生占 2 3.15 %。病种分布以精神分裂症 (2 4 .14 % )及情感性精神障碍 (17.73% )居多。结论　《山东精神医学》在国内精神医学领域中有较大的影响力和吸引力 ,在精神医学研究领域中起到越来越重要的作用。Objective To assess the features of the Shandong Archives of Psychiatry,and the role in the psychiatry research field. Methods A total of 203 articles published in the journal from 2001 to 2003 were analyzed.The factors analyzed included authors,authors’ institutions,cooperation rate,articles’ location distribution and main contents. Results Shandong Mental Health Center,Jining Mental Hospital and the other eight institutes were core sources of publications.Eight persons such as Sun Zhenxiao,Jin Weidong,Chen Jingqing,and so on,were the core authors.The cooperating rate was 88.67%,and the average cooperation grade was 3.67.Refering to main contents of the articles,fundamental medicine was 11.33%,clinical medicine was 65.52%,and mental health was 23.15%. Conclusion Shandong Archives of Psychiatry has better influence and attraction in the national field of mental health and will continue playing a leading role in this field.
