摘　　要：本文从城市物流园区的概念和研究的意义出发,分析了物流园区的功能和层次,提出了物流园区布局原则和物流园区规模的预测方法;根据中国的实际情况,提出了适合中国国情的物流园区投资、建设和运营机制;最后分析了物流园区的社会经济效益。After explaining the conception of urban distribution park and its research necessity, the author analyzes its function and hiberarchy. And at the same time, the author puts forward the layout principles of distribution parks and forecast method of distribution park size. According to the condition of China, suitable mechanism of distribution park investment, construction and operation is put forward. The benefit of distribution park is analyzed at the end of the paper.
