偏瘫患者家庭康复训练的效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估偏瘫患者的家庭康复训练效果。方法对陪护人员进行医护知识培训,对患者进行有的放矢的心理康复,循序渐进的功能训练,训练时采用家属与患者一对一的形式,每次训练时间30￣40min,每日1次。并对实施康复训练前后偏瘫患者的运动障碍改善程度、日常生活能力进行评估。结果训练后患者的运动障碍明显改善,日常生活能力明显提高,与训练前比较,分别经字2检验,P均<0.01,有显著性差异。结论康复训练有利于偏瘫患者的功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the effects of family-based recovery training of hemiplegia patients. Methods The accompanies were trained with medical and nursing knowledge, and the patients were cared with individual mental rehabilitation and received gradual one-to-one training of functions of 30~40 min each time, once a day. The improvement degree of motor disturbance after rehabilitative training and daily life abilities were evaluated. Results Post-training motor disturbance in the patients was apparently ameliorated and their abilities of daily life markedly improved. Compared with pre-training conditions, there was significant difference by X2 test (P<0.01). Conclusion Rehabilitative training is beneficial to the recovery of function of hemiplegia patients.
